Anyone purchased and installed gas and brake pedal extenders?

My mother-in-law is having trouble reaching the peddles in her car. She is basically up against the steering wheel at this point.
Does anyone have a brand recommendation? I’ve seen some on Amazon but don’t know if I trust them

Get her a car that has adjustable pedals.
Our 09 Odyssey has them.

When I was alley-catting around Hong Kong, acquiring long-lost artifacts and laying pipe, I kept in my employ a young orphan boy named Short Round. Street smart and fearless, I allowed Mr. Round to chauffeur me around the huge port city, shuttling me between black tie affairs and opium dens. He was very young - I’m not even sure how old he was, but he was unable to reach the pedals of my enormous European automobile. So, we tied blocks around his plain shoes. He could drive.
