I guess he doesn't plan on agreeing to a ceasefire anytime soon...

"Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the spring conscription into the army. According to it, 160 thousand people will be called up for military service.
The Ministry of Defense stated that conscripts will not be sent to deployment points of the #Russian Armed Forces units in the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
As usual, we remind everyone that this is conscription for regular 1-year mandatory military service, which happens twice a year, and has nothing to do with the SMO, contrary to what the Western sources like to claim every time.

Just like Putin's military leaders assured all of those conscripts in 2022 that they were just being sent to the Ukrainian border on a routine training exercise!

LOL, the Ukes won’t draft anyone under 25. The average age in a lot of Ukrainian units is mid-40s.

Conscripts cant fight outside Russian territory. but they can be used to fill in holes in units as troops get deployed, and they can be used to defend Russian soil, so they can be sent to Kursk Oblast.
