Probably federal funding for housing them.

You get more from the federal government than you give. Isn't that enough?

Blindfold them and put them in a van.
Drive past the turn to Blackie Campo's about 1mi.
Let them out with the hands zip-tied behind their backs.
Call the baws.
Rinse, repeat.

The State of Louisiana doesn't get anything per se, but the city/county jail that houses them will get a per diem per head fee for as long as they're in custody in those facilities.

As whole, you already receive more in federal funding than you put in.
If you do get additional funding, the politicians yall insist on electing will just steal it from you.

I think $26.39 is the per diem the parish receives from the state. I’m not sure if that includes a federal prisoner .
