If you take out last season when their entire team was injured he’s won 59% of his games as Memphis’ coach. That includes 19-20 and 20-21 when Ja was in his first 2 years and the entire team was just young guys.

That is insane, but I don't see any way they keep Willie after this season. Let the tank continue then let him go.

Coaches just sometimes run their course with a team. Doesn’t mean he’s a bad coach.
Reminds me of Mike Malone, got run out of Sacramento then gets hired by the nuggets and wins a title.
Jenkins is only 40, he could be our coach for a while.
He’s also analytics driven, and understands the value of the 3pt shot unlike Willie.
Griff just got a gift potentially handed to him.
