Friend,
10-15 years ago, like most of Besh’s restaurants, Domenica was very good. Even its pizza, which is now below average, was good. Today, I cannot recommend it.

To answer your question, yes, it is good.
Is it great, nah, too many other places in NO that are far superior.
But, yeah, it's good...

Pizza is good enough to go during happy hour for half priced pizzas.
I personally really enjoy the lasagna.

there’s a few things on the menu that are still great but as noted it’s not nearly as good as it was when Alon Shaya was there. At that time it was superior and a must try
what it does have going for it still is that it’s an easy place to eat before a show at the Saenger or the Joy

Agree - it has really gone downhill. The squid ink pasta used to be one of the best dishes in town. Now it’s barely edible. Cauliflower appetizer and Barolo’s is all that’s worth consuming in my opinion.

The happy hour pizza deal is good. I also like their stuffed squash blossoms, when they have them.

Just left there. The burratta with the green onion pesto, mushrooms and grilled focaccia was really awesome at the bar for an afternoon app with a drink

Is it good? Sure.

Used to murder their happy hour pizzas when in town. Looking back it’s not even in the top 20 ‘zas in my life but during/shortly after college the happy hour was a quality steal.
