2500 of those will be Korean ex pats that immediately become rednecks and buy F250s.

Guess there will be a lot of Americans working for the Koreans now.

How long has this been under construction and development?

I know you’re kinda joking but there’s some truth there. I read an article where they interviewed some Korean immigrant who was a complete baw, and his take on Korea was “a clean but depressing place run by extreme feminists”. He loved America

I wasn’t joking. I work for a Korean company and have several expats. They all drive giant trucks and are just finance bro rednecks now. Half have campers and the other half have fishing boats.

We have had a job ongoing over there for two plus years, looks like our last day there is next Friday. It's time, any site get old after that long.

Hyundai is a crappy car.
Turbo went on one I owned at 60K miles.
4K to fix. Owed 9.5K. Second owner so no 100K warranty.
Traded that fukker in and was upside down on my loan for a while.
Never will buy a Hyundai again.

it’s not just Korea, a larger than insignificant amount of the Japanese population has a strange fascination with redneck culture. I don’t get it, but it’s pretty wholesome

Gotta work for somebody right? Some good paying highly technical jobs in there.
Bring it all home , Koreans are pretty tough businessman but good people overall.
This is what our part of our migration system should look like. Bringing people in who have established jobs new businesses in place, ready to go from other quality countries.
That’s how you get a Healthy diversity.
Trump is doing that.
