PEYTON HOUSTON
6.0 RATING
6'0"|195 LBS|QB
EVANGEL CHRISTIAN
SHREVEPORT, LA
CLASS OF 2027
UNDECIDED
The feeling is that Oklahoma and Texas are battling it out for Houston with Texas A&M and LSU rounding out his top four for the 2027 four-star quarterback from Shreveport (La.) Evangel Christian. A weekend visit to College Station was more than valuable as Houston not only go to go to TopGolf but also sit down for “a few hours” with offensive coordinator Collin Klein to go over the offense and familiarize himself even more.

ETHAN "BOOBIE" FEASTER
6.1 RATING
6'2"|180 LBS|WR
DESOTO
DESOTO, TX
CLASS OF 2026
UNDECIDED
A couple weeks ago the word was LSU was Feaster’s front-runner “as of now” but Texas A&M is making a serious run at him with multiple visits. The five-star receiver from DeSoto, Texas, was in College Station last weekend and he loved how he was told what a difference-maker he could be in the program.

Feaster is going back to Texas A&M on Friday before heading to Texas on Saturday.

LAMAR BROWN
6.0 RATING
6'5"|292 LBS|IOL
UNIVERSITY LABORATORY SCHOOL
BATON ROUGE, LA
CLASS OF 2026
UNDECIDED
Brown wants to play for a coach who loves defense as much as he does and the high four-star two-way lineman from Baton Rouge (La.) University Lab sees that in Texas A&M coach Mike Elko.

He loves everything about the Aggies but LSU is still believed to be the front-runner for so many reasons, especially since he already goes to school right on campus.

That's weird because everything I've read would make you believe LSU is the front runner.

Huge difference between A&M and LSU football programs….hopefully they can see that.

For a WR, it should be a very easy decision.

Feaster saw the commitments from Mack and Keys recently. I wonder if that made him start looking around. For A&M, their receiver room is pretty weak so I’m sure that was their pitch to him. The other comments just sound like kids coming off a visit and having good things to say like always.

Believe it or not, LSU got the two they wanted most (Keys and Mack).

Feaster is not has high on LSU's board as most think.

Just want to say we’re not keeping a 4-5 WR class in tact so who cares

I want Feaster BAD. Just like I want the rest of the guys we currently have committed.

I don’t think the other commits would scare off Feaster

This is all calculated. He’s either given coaches the impression he’s likely going elsewhere so they’ve added others, or he won’t be bothered by numbers especially since LSU will be losing so much in the WR room this year

Opportunity is there no matter how many we take. No different than the year we took Hilton, Thomas, Nabers, Bech, Smith

Considering LSU could conceivably lose all the major contributors at the receiver position after this season, I don't think it's a stretch to reel in four in this class. Even if they get four, it's likely they will still look to the portal for experience, which will be lacking in the 2026 receiver room.

IMHO if this is true, then we must feel good about Haven (and maybe Little Nuss as a 2nd QB)
