We have rules here.
According to TMZ, Stern claims Tate 'began choking her while they were having sex, but it got too rough, and although she begged him to stop, he kept going.
'Bri says the more she struggled, the more violent he got … and she felt everything getting fuzzy, like she was fading into unconsciousness,' the publication reported.
'Bri says the violence only stopped when Tate was done having sex, and once he fell asleep … she went to the bathroom to document her injuries.'
Tate, who has since left the country and returned to Romania, has not responded to the allegations.

Lol no. You can't ban US citizens not charged with or convicted of a crime from entering your state. You Desantis bros are championing the loss of freedom because you don't like Tate. If Tate committed a crime, then arrest and prosecute him. You can't just ban him because you can't find a crime to pin on him.
Anyone who cares about freedom should be dismayed by Desantis' approach to this matter. He was dumb for even getting into the ring on this. There's no benefit for him whatsoever.
