Roasted poblano, tomatillo, onion and garlic based pasta sauce with grilled chicken and Angel Hair noodles.
First time making it.

Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos
As the title says we had Bang Bang shrimp tacos this evening. Before getting started with the cooking aspect of tonight's dinner I felt like a shot of the tequila I keep in the freezer.
Looks Like I'm down to one more shot left. Got to make a run to Total Wine tomorrow.
Heated the tortillas on the griddle first.
Fried the shrimp.
Made my tacos with shredded cabbage, cilantro, pepperjack cheese two had Bang Bang sauce and one had sriracha sauce, two also had diced tomatoes.
I meant to open a can of refried black beans but grabbed the regular accidentally so served with cheesy taco rice and refried beans.

Mother-in-law fell, dislocated her elbow and cracked the socket. I cooked a couple of pounds of red beans, some rice and made a pan of biscuits. Sent half over to her house as a care package. The biscuit picture is before I painted the top with butter. :)
