I think he is awesome, adds a lot of great personality and experience to commentating. With the additions of kiz and Smylie and other experienced guys like notah and john wood- NBC has built a super power of broadcasting that I love hearing

I refuse to watch golf on NBC until they get rid of the constant background noise.

Guy's who actively coach professionals shouldn't be in the booth commenting on their students. Faxon and Immelman do it, and I didn't like it when Costas and McChord did it.

Along with Gary McCord and Peter Jacobsen as the all time worst. I can kind of see how people like Feherty, he can be funny at times, but he jokes too much for my taste. Though he was good on EA Sports Tiger Woods back in the day. But McCord and Jacobsen are all time bad announcers, for any sport, not just golf.
