I know there will never be another Rush - he was an American treasure, but if you had to pick someone today on the radio or on Podcasts, who would you consider is the closest?

I’m thinking Charlie Kirk or Erick Ericsson?

Your thoughts?

He needs to do more to achieve this stature, but the answer to me is clearly Matt Walsh.

My favorite conservative talk radio host today is Mike Slater.
Style not really like Rush, though.

Good question, but I don't see anybody who qualifies to be considered as even Rush Limbaugh-lite. Some decent ones, for sure, but I think they retired the crown when Rush left us.

We could sure use him today. So could President Trump.

Rush was such a original thinker, it would take another talent on loan from God . He set the bar way to high!!

Rush was one of kind. The closest person to having his influence now, is Tucker.

I’m just trying to find a new podcast or radio show to listen to while exercising - I listened to Dan Bongino for 2-3 years during exercising

There is a guy who hosts a radio show in South Florida I listen to a lot - his name is Brian Craig and he is as MAGA as they come. The problem with his show is that he has regular call ins that annoy the living shite out of me. It’s the same 20-30 people that call in every single day - reminds me of a Pawl Finebaum show

There is no replacement for Rush.

But, the best radio talk show is Markley, Van Camp, and Robbins. They are the best, bar none. If you haven't ever listened to their show, you're missing out.

du'h

I first met Rush when he was still in Sacramento very smart man great personality but it was entertainment

even he reminded his audience when he became huge he was entertainment... he wasn't as Conservative as his audience but he knew his audience and played to it

Walsh and Kirk are actually engaging in public discourse.
And while Walsh is a part of an entertainment effort

I think Kirk is mostly issues-oriented and activism ..on campus

It's also just a very different time they'll never be another Rush because the media landscape is different it's all driven by online social media rush would not work these days he's just loved the guy but he was too fat

Kirk needs to worry about his hair ,, the imagery

There isn’t a single solitary pundit today who can come close to Rush. And I don’t think there will ever be one.

It’s a flawed question. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. It’s just a flawed question.

Mark Levin is about the only one I enjoy listening to, especially when he starts yelling.

Rush is irreplaceable

Made me think of when he would introduce the environmental update with the sounds chainsaws cutting through trees
