Our Cap manipulation is a sign of her willingness to pay.
While the overall roster strategy is not ideal, we rarely get completely handicapped by the cap because of dead years. Technically we can just continue doing this perpetually, the idea that it will catch up to us is only pending the league putting an end to this strategy.

Theres nothing special about spending to the salary cap. This isnt like the NBA where you can go above it and pay a luxury tax, which, btw, she has never done with the Pels.

Yes, but converting to signing bonus means you pay big dollars now and spread it over the future…we aren’t talking about small sums of money, sacrificing that amount of capital means millions of sunk opportunity cost.

Every NFL team spends the entire cap except for rare situations. The notion that the Bengals owner or the Saints owner is "cheap" is only espoused by ignorant fans

I wouldn't either tbh. Not until they can prove to be functional and in the right direction.
The cast with CP3, West, Chandler etc was the only one they should have shelled out for (and yes, im aware the Bensons weren't the owners)
