Impeachment is just the act of charging. To make a case you investigate Boasberg. You think with the conflict of interest and other things he's done he isn't dirty?

He's filthy and you smear the bastard with his own dirt.

Serve during good behavior - but to bring an end to that, isn't impeachment/removal the only mechanism? I don't recall anything in the Constitution that allows some sort of suspension via majority vote.

Still has to defend himself and that costs money. Hope John Roberts leaves him a nice tip for his legal fees after he is done giving him the shaft.. if you know what I mean…

Theses are all useless gestures. They would need the dems to agree.

50% chance.

0.00000000001% chance he is removed by the Senate.

Here is what will happen:

Impeachment charges will be brought forth, the vote will fail, the republicans will blame the democrats, the democrats will claim a small victory, and in the end, nothing will happen.

Lawyers always protect their own, especially judges. Any punitive action taken by the legislators, who are all lawyers, would reduce their power and prestige in government, and that will never happen

Actually, it looks the plan is for judges to just one by one start saying "no, you can't do that"

so the GOP probably has to make an example of one of them or it will continue!

If the PResident can't lead, then he's just a puppet for liberal emotions

this can not stand!

They do not. Impeach in the House. Remove in the Senate. Both require a simple majority vote to impeach and remove.

Bill Clinton was impeached
lost his law license
but was not removed from office
if a judge loses their law license
they cannot serve as a judge

And if I put this in a tweet
And then shared it to the board
Would y'all pay more attention to it then

Probably not and I'm not interested in doing all that extra work i'd rather just make fun of y'all for not listening

Take a play from their playbook against Trump.

Bring trials against all of them and break them financially.

Have the tech guys watching their finances closely to ensure no embezzling is going on.

Just put the microscope on them on X. Dox them, share family information, etc.

If it is true that his daughter’s job may be a conflict of interest, then he should be impeached from the motion. He won’t be impeached as a judge. No shot.

I’d love to be wrong. But Crenshaw and Massie aren’t voting for impeachment.

I believe you need 2/3 of the senate.
