As resident titans fan, here to report Cam Moon will be the top pick in the NFL draft

All free agent moves point directly to this being the case. No trades. No abdul the butcher. No stock piling unhelpful picks. But drafting the next big thing. QB Cameron Ward Tennessee Titans.

He is going to absolutely bomb in the nfl. He’s also a thug. Will be a fun disaster to watch.

Warren Moon has as much to do with the Titans as Nashville does with oil production.
More like Cam McNair or Cam Tannehill
Kam Collins?
The attempt to claim Houston’s history is the most pathetic thing in sports

I agree with this though. Still crazy that he will go from playing in the SLC, and arguably not being the best QB in the conference, to being the #1 pick. Props on him for betting on himself and transferring to Miami from Wazzu.

Would love to hear this argument as to why you think he is a thug

He's by all accounts a hard worker and good leader.
The problem with Cam is that at his worst he's like Jayden Daniels on tranquilizers. He can be way too confident and relaxed, which can lead to godawful decisions like throwing back across his body into coverage at the worst time.
So you're gonna get the bad Cam with the good Cam.
I think his ceiling is Eli, which would not be bad at all but if you get more bad Cam with the faster speed and athletic defenders in the NFL it could be maddening as a fan. I'd take him over Levis though.

Oilers/Titans fan here as well, Moon was vastly overrated. McNair was the best QB of the franchise.

I love how mad this makes Houston people
I am also coming to terms that we’re taking Ward and not trading down.

What is the basis of the assertion that Warren Moon is “vastly overrated”?
Then or now?
By whom?

This makes no sense! Cam Ward and the next big thing are two different people. Y’all get back to back picks?

Cope needed since Texas claimed UT.

I mean, it’s pretty stupid to pretend like Warren Moon played in Tennessee all those years.

Is he? How so? I know nothing of him and didn’t really watch Miami play at all last year

You’ll get downvotes for asking but no one downvoting will reply to answer

How many of his teammates went to his birthday party?

Then and Now. He choked repeatedly in the playoffs.
I'd take McNair over him any day.
