I got the chance to talk to Doug after he spoke at our NACo conference last Monday morning. That guy is about as genuine as they come. He is a former pastor and still preaches. As well as a current Reservist Chaplain. He made no bones to our group and to me that he would be cutting all of the fat in the VA
