We need the LIV players back. I used to watch tournaments every weekend. Hard to get excited for non majors.

Disagree completely, most of the LIV players were past their prime and are now irrelevant. There are a few guys who would be entertaining, but it’s not nearly as many as a few years ago. PGA Tour is in a good spot now.

One of the biggest stories surrounding LIV Golf has been the possibility that two of its biggest stars, Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau, could head back to the PGA Tour when their contracts expire in 2026.
On Monday, longtime tour legend Fred Couples poured a whole can of gasoline onto that fire when he boldly stated that Koepka "really wants to come back" and play on the PGA Tour.

Then don’t watch. Trump will be here heard a rumor he is going to land his chopper on the course. Not sure what day.

I don't know how you make this statement with a straight face. Top 60 still make the weekend. More players in the pot just means a better crop in the top 60. LIV didn't make the PGA a better league. You can argue more players can now make a living in professional golf, which I don't see as a bad thing. But the PGA competition is certainly not stronger with LIV around.

Really hope you're right. He's a bit off this season, but hopefully he recovers and gets back to the top.
Speaking of Scheffler, I was watching the Saturday round this last weekend. At one point, Scheffler was in the sand, and I couldn't tell if it was the commentator, or Scheffler that said "don't mind me, I'm just the number one player in the world".
That didn't seem like something Scheffler would say, but it also the sound distortion made it sound like they caught him on mic saying it. Very well could have been the commentator.

Sounds like Tiger… who is most likely done for 2025.

Can you imagine how worn out the guy is from constant rehab over a decade-long period? It’s got to be exhausting being in constant pain. Wish he would just make an official announcement to hang it up.
