VIX is only at 24. Your index seems suspect.

SKEW dropped from 183 to 138 at the same time. Signaling those traders believe tail risk is behind.

Yes, blow off top from here. I'll come back to eat crow if I am wrong, though.

and VVIX (The vix of vix) is up big today as well, so I'm not so sure it's a bottom here.

But who knows, I dont try to bottom hunt, that's a fools errand.

You do realize that DT doesn't give a shite about Wall St.

His promise and election was by Main St to make the middle class bigger and better.

Wall St. will always make their money, both in a good and bad market.

There will be lots of turbulents; the stuff he is doing will take a while but will have lasting effects.

The issues the country will always face is simply not letting another idiot from the left get elected in 4 years that reverses everything set in motion. It takes time.

The best way to ensure that the Democrats win the election in four years to crash the economy.

That is the whole reason Trump won to begin with

the economy isn't crashing, the market is. The rest is trimming the fat to get back to productivity.

Look up market returns in the 25 years with a Democrat in office vs a Republican. And job creation. Get back to me once you learn how to spell turbulence.

If we wanted certainty, we’d have put the next Obama puppet in.

Administration has about 10 trillion debt of the 36 trillion due to refinance. Yellen didn’t refinance when long term rates were at zero, relied on the short term rates, as was cheaper… Now we have to refinance and hopefully at longer rates, which are coming down, but still high. So, Trump really can’t spend much on things he wants, without that 10 year rate coming down… He needs a recession from the looks of things to get cheaper debt and to refinance the old debt, so he needs pain. Biden Administration absolutely screwed him and every American with just throwing cash into the wind, but hopefully after the coming pain, we can get a reset.

I'll play the game.

Did anyone on here:

Lose a job?
Take a pay cut?
Have to move out of your house?
Has your mortgage gone up?

Gas and groceries haven't move up from where they were 5 months ago, which was already high. The egg thing was a JB debacle.

you get the picture.

Now, did the big number in your investment account, the one you aren't going to be pulling from (for most of us) for some time, go down? Sure, who gives a shite. If you are smart now is a great time to start to buy more of what you already have and drop your DCA.
