It's all an act. Look up her education. She went to St Louis Country Day school, a catholic private school, which has a tuition of 30k a year, and Rosati-Kain high school which is an all girls catholic high school with a tuition of 14k a year.

MICDS, despite the name, is a non-sectarian school. I can guarantee you she got a scholarship to both MICDS and Rosati Kain. And Rosati Kain is about as urban as it gets for Catholic girls’ schools in the Lou.
