You seem to be a reasonable guy, but the topic at hand is the border crossings. Stopping the bastards from getting in is part and parcel of getting them out.
Both departments are part of the plan, the more we keep out the less we have to hunt down. Homan and Co. have been doing their part as well, despite obstruction from the Dems making the job harder.
Think about it, bailing water goes much faster if you plug the leak.
