According to radio he was beating his chest, flicking his jersey, and an infatic stomp of homeplate.

Sounds like the norm for college baseball players these days

“Infatic”? Infantile? Emphatic? Or is this a combination? If so, I like it.

Emphatic? Or infantile? Or both?

Good for him! Maybe he will transfer here next year.

He was animated but IMO didn't do anything distasteful. It was back-to-back HRs that tied the game. I think K-State had one hit up till then.

If you were a 20 year old kid that just launched one vs your big home state school you’d be pretty pumped too.

Not knocking the kid for it. Yes they all do. Just figured his might be a little more pronounced being he's a Louisiana kid. Just wanted to see it.

50 years ago his arse would not see the field the rest of the season.
Of course we had more respect for the other team

It came back to haunt him. Someone posted a link to the LSU twitter end of game photo with 8-5.

That is a fact!
When he came back to the plate the next time, we would have threw at his head.

Yeah - none of them respect the game. Do that shite in the Show and their arse is beamed.
