Pretty big let down for what was supposed to be a defining moment under GOP leadership.
If nothing else it’ll turn up the heat on getting everything released asap.

I hope there was a reason for this let down because if not, this is a omelette to the face with a side of bacon. I am maga to the core but this is a bad look for sure.

Didn't Bondi just find out within the past 24 hours that the FBI's New York office had withheld information from her? She's contacted Kash Patel about it already.
Shouldn't we at least wait a few days to see what Kash will do about this?

If they needed more time they should have just come out and said that. If it truly is to protect the victims identity they're doing a poor job of communicating it. The tick tock nature of it combined with the influence photo shoot is why everyone is laughing at them.

The big show of "releasing phase 1" was made like 4 hours ago.
If there is frickery going on with SDNY breaking rank, why make this big show? It's a bad look, and I'm a fairly staunch Trump defender.
You can make a million excuses but the way they built it up left a lot of room for disappointment when it was pretty much nothing. If that's not a reasonable take to you, you have your head in the sand.
