Very good coach who has coached multiple positions on defense. Plucked away from the Falcons. Jay Rogers. Rogers started his coaching career at LSU on Saban's first staff at LSU.

This guy got fired from the falcons after one year on the job.
Your info is either bad or you're making excuses for this guy. You don't get fired after one yr for doing a good job. I guess staley likes him as an olb coach. We will see.

I mean he was fired after 1 seasons and the unit wasn’t good, that’s is inherently negative
