At today’s executive order signing. $5,000,000 per card lets vetted people come in and create jobs. They don’t have to pay taxes on worldwide income either.
Trump said if they sell 10,000,000 cards that’d raise $50 trillion which he’d use to pay off the $35 trillion debt.

Why would you pay $5mm on top of your start up costs when all you have to do is spend $50 and Sec of State's office and form you LLC?

On income earned abroad. People making buckets of cash out of the country wouldn’t move here if they all of a sudden had to pay US taxes on it.

He said it’s a government fee. Would lead to projects and jobs. But the $5 million goes to the government
