It's an illustration of pointless this exercise is. This is more about making them compliant and beginning to hang jobs over heads of people he hasn't gotten to yet

Or maybe it is an illustration of how many that do not reply as they are not real. Or maybe it is an illustration of how many emails are to the same person collecting multiple pay. Or maybe it is just fraud they are looking for. Or it may be to legitimize those that actually do work and deserve our tax payer dollars.

If you have this little knowledge of technology you should question whether it is fraud or not. If they use AI it will be easy to track from their IP address along with the multiple email addresses. If they do not use AI it will show they are too damn dumb to give a decent reply.
