I don’t think switching to gay does anything.

Have you tried beets supplements?

Honestly cutting down on booze helped lower my Bp more than anything

Brought mine down by losing weight. Asked doc how much to lose and he said lose until BP is normal, your body knows. Lost 55 lbs 4 years ago and haven’t taken BP meds since.

Mine drops like a rock when I get lean. I usually gain 10-15 lbs after Halloween and through Xmas and my BP just to 130/80. Once I lose the weight by spring it drops to 120/75 or thereabouts.

No booze for a week didn't change much. No booze for a month changed enough to where I felt like I needed booze again.

Genetics play a part too. High BP since 17 when best shape of life playing football. Low dose meds are only thing that keep it in check no matter shape and diet

Most of its genetic u r probably wasting time. Reptha dropped my cholesterol from like 240 to 6

Cutting carbs and sugars help me. I begin feeling better and then start losing weight. As the weight falls, so do the BP. When I start eating sugar and carbs again, the BP goes up before the weight.

Doc. couldn't come up with anything that I could do better. Really. I've been on the pill since I was 30. Runs in the family.

Lose a few pounds if your overweight, exercise more, cut back on sodium, alcohol, nicotine, and consume more fruits, veggies, beets

Daily exercise and dropping seed oils is helping bigtime.

Yep, no change and it's a pain in the arse.

Stop drinking if you do... try not to eat highly processed foods. Go for a 30 minute walk every day if you can, and do isometric exercises(these work the best for lowering BP)

Low dose meds
What does that mean?

I posted a recent meta-analysis on the health and fitness board. Isometric exercise protocol brought SBP down about 10mmHg.
