I found this video of the actual touchdown, my apologies in advance for it being a TMZ link. It looks like they didn’t flare at all, just slammed into the ground. Not good

And it flips upside down? I'd imagine the wing would just crush and fall off instead. Surely there's more to it than simply the wing hitting something. Wonder if there were high winds at the time or something.

If it hits something with its wing it will spin in that direction and can cause it to flip.

The "expert" on the news show i am watching right now was told they were having issues with the flaps and had to make a higher speed "no flap" landing.
The running theory is the plane bounced due to the higher speed and the wing hit first....wing came off, plane started to spin, then rolled, then skidded on roof.
