Than Buford, or all of north GA? Cuz off the top of my head the ATL metro has given us Shepp, Perry Riley, T-Bob, Arden Key and Swinson.
Then there’s the Weeks brothers and Mett.
ETA - forgot the Marietta guys like Ojulari, Anthony Jennings and Arik. I’ll call them a net positive lol.
All that said, North GA has been good to us.

Since Paul had 42 scholarship offers, including Michigan, Texas A&M, Penn State and Tennessee, I don't think LSU took a "flier" on him. He also played ahead of everyone else they had recruited, so I suspect they see something pretty good in him.

The kid had a rough go at it, but kept improving. It’s not unusual to struggle your first year starting in major college football. Paul will be just fine and I’ll be pulling for him.

Paul actually played really well to end the season. He had a great game vs Vanderbilt IIRC.
