Except last year when it was Mardi Gras….
Rotation of Vegas, Nola, Miami, & some dome up north? Maybe LA

East of the Mississippi the Super Bowl shouldn’t go any more north than Nashville

Hell no
I’d support a permanent rotation of Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Phoenix, NO and Atlanta though. Dallas/Houston weather in February is too unpredictable, Levi Stadium is arse and too out of the way and no cold weather city should ever be included. Nobody wants to pregame in fricking Indianapolis or MSP.

Miami and LA no, stadium too far away in the burbs and leads to scattered and boring environments
New Orleans, Vegas, Indianapolis, Atlanta. Stadiums protected from weather and hotels and stadium connected for easy fan experience

This is absolutely awesome. City looks awesome when they clean it up like this.
