For what specific action? I hate him as much as the next guy but if they’re going to do that they need a slam dunk. Did he refuse to show up to testify or perjure himself?
If they’re going can lock up Bannon then Garland should also be subject to the same scrutiny.

Believe there were multiple things... Not giving Congress the Docs they requested and lying under oath are the two I can think of.
