Paid off a condo in 2003 when LSU won its first national championship.
Paid off my car that same year when Rice won the college world series.
Had some nice wins last year on the Chiefs run to the Super Bowl.
I'm leaning Chiefs again on Sunday, but I'm not nearly as confident about it as I was last year.
