If we actually take over Gaza, we’re going to be in the crosshairs once again of every stupid jihadi around the world.
We’re going to have to beef up security and prevention everywhere because every wanna be jihadi is gonna start looking for ways to kill the infidels even more.
Keeping them out of the country is fine but as we saw with the bourbon street chode, plenty of weak minded, easily manipulated frick wads already here

If they really relocate the Palestinians, Gaza will be a tough target to get to.
If they don’t, they’ll never finish redeveloping.

Any further entanglement will probably lead to further attacks on US interests as a general rule
That said, Palestinian causes are pretty rare as a named impetus for terrorism against the US.
Which is more an insult to Palestinians from other Islamists than anything else

I am not in favor of us getting involved in post war Gaza.. Let Israel deal with that and maybe fund the canal and get some ownership of that... But that is as far as we should go...

I suspect you are being sarcastic, but for others, Palestine repression by Israel was a stated motive of Osama to launch the 9-11 attacks.
