How long until a DEM says we now need to be concerned over DC/NoVA real estate prices?

I have to imagine that's somewhere on the list and will make an appearance one day.

They can say it all they want but it's never going to be concern of mine.

Without their USAID subsidies how can they possibly expect to afford those prices?

Elizabeth Warren is already shining the bat signal on big pharma being at risk from RFKjr. Now she's worried about corporate profits. Hmmm

This is the "swamp daining" metric I'm looking for.

If Trump and DOGE do their jobs there should be a substantial drop in real estate prices in and around the Imperial Capital......should be a lot of homes for sale when tens of thousands of government jobs are eliminated or moved to other parts of the country.

The problem with DC area Democrats is that the stuff THEY are actually concerned and worried about doesn't really play to the constituency they need to keep the power they desire.
That would encompass things like this.
In other words, I'd be happy if they tried to make a really big deal of this.

You’re getting downvoted because of your history, but credit where it is due - that’s a good one

Good, move the department of Agriculture to rural Kentucky or Arkansas. Split all that swamp shite up like they do in the UK.

I thought about it after seeing a post about Rick Wilson, because I'm sure he and people like him are freaking out right now. If this money in the media money drives up, then where will they make their $400,000 a year?
