Tractor recommendation (Northshore)

I'm looking into buying a tractor for our new house on about 11 acres.
Mostly going to be used to do some driveway grading, light bushhogging, and other various farm/homesteading tasks. The property is cleared with just a bunch of oak trees remaining, so no need to do any clearing of woods. I may trailer this tractor for some light work at the camp like spreading seed etc. My dad already own a Kubota 5660 for the deer camp in Mississippi that's used for all our heavy work.
All that being said, I'm looking at buying something in the 25HP range. Seriously looking at the new Kioti CK2620 HST but open to other recommendations on other brands, Kubota, Mahindra, Yanmar etc etc.
We live in Covington, so any recommendations on dealers in that area would also be appreciated! My dad bought our Kubota from Parish tractor in Poplarville and they have been great. I believe they would still deliver to Covington and possible no sales tax.
EDIT: Also would 26HP be enough for work described above? I know going bigger is always better....

I bought an L3902 HST from Parish a couple of years ago and the deliver. Evergreen is great, but they can't compete with Parish because of the sales tax break. Evergreen does all of my maintenance.
Double check me on this, but I believe the L3902 is the same weight/chassis size as the L2501. If that is still the case, go with the 3902. More power, same body/weight. I have right under 10 acres and use my tractor for much of the same stuff you mentioned. I also use it for maintaining the roads at my deer lease. I've been very happy with it.

I bought from Evergreen in Covington. Not really a fan. I use the dealer in Hammond if I need something I don't buy off the internet.

As far as warranty work, would Evergreen work on it even if it was bought at Parish?
And yes, I believe you are correct with the size, as are a lot of other brands in this category.
I love our Kubota and I still may get one, just looking to save some money going Kioti.

Kioti CK2620 HST
Moving shite around and general lane tasks on 6AC. Easy to operate, solidly built, no DEF. Got a great deal at the time with free FEL

I recently sold my little 25HP CK series tractor. While I had it, I had zero complaints. Mine was traditional geared model from 2010. The only issue you may run into with Kioti is as the tractor ages, it can be hard to find parts for if you don't have a local dealer close by.

Utility tractors don't have def. They go through regen cycles. It's never been a problem for me.

Yes and in my experience they’re generally happy for the work. I imagine that Kubota’s warranty program pays their labor costs.

Local dealer is 15 minutes or so from the house.
Kubota as well.
Kubota as well.

I bought my Kubota L3560 from Evergreen Tractor in Covington. The comfort features of an L series are nice to have.

Kubota 100% Both Evergreen and Star are good people.

Kubota with loader. Then get a grapple and the Hydraulic adder to operate it. And before you say its too much money or you don't need it, you do and you won't regret the attachments. I wish I hadn't been so "sensible" (read that as cheap) and gotten the grapple years ago. If you have trees, you'll be clearing tree limbs. You'll love the grapple even if you only use it a few times a year. And the loader is not even a question.

Most definitely getting a loader, probably the grapple too. I wish my dad would have bought it as well, definitely get more use out of the grapple at the deer camp.

I hate to think of all the limbs and trees I've taken out over the years by hand or with just the loader. My back reminds me every day. And the grapple wasn't really that expensive. Check out Skid Steer attachment Depot in Brownsboro AL or Tractor Max in Woodville.

Get the wicked grapple from Everything Attachments. It's half the weight of most other grapples which is super helpful for a tractor with comparatively lower lifting capacity on the loader. It's the best attachment that I own.

Go to the Woodville Ms Kubota dealer. You won’t have to pay taxes per the MS farm exemption.

Bringing this topic up again just because I was getting quotes from MS dealers for both Kubota and Kioti.
Some mentioned that the tax rate was 1.5% and a couple mentioned that MS changed the laws last February to needing a farm permit (or maybe own land in MS) to get the exemption.
Has anyone bought a tractor in MS but live in LA within the last year and able to get the exemption?
