What I think will happen with the HC hire

Rizzi gets the job because no one else wants it with the cap situation and older roster. He coaches for 2 years and we have 2 losing seasons. 2027 we clear up a ton of cap space and replace Rizzi when it becomes a better situation for the next head coach.

Rizzi is not getting the job lol. There is zero upside to him getting it. Yiu might as well go hire Slowick. He had a lot of juice last year and would jump on the job.

Nobody is jumping on the job. The there are only 32 of these crowd couldn’t have been more wrong.
Someone will take the job and likely get an unusual contract (more than 5 years) and well over $10M annually to accept.
But nobody is jumping to come here and win 6 games next 2 years even if we draft well.
