It didn't go so well for them.

quote:

The decision appears to be triggered by staffers attempting to get in the way of President Donald Trump’s orders, according to Acting USAID Administrator Jason Gray, who said in an email cited by Politico that they “identified several actions within USAID that appear to be designed to circumvent the president’s executive orders and the mandate from the American people.”

“As a result, we have placed a number of USAID employees on administrative leave with full pay and benefits until further notice while we complete our analysis of these actions,” Gray added.

Bye bye!!

Look this might sound bad but it is a lot cheaper to just pay these people their salaries and benefits while on leave so they are not messing around in some shithole country starting a new color revolution.

True.

Their salaries and benefits are still cheaper than the destruction they cause.

Better than they deserve.

If I willfully undermine my boss, I’ll be cleaning out my office space and will get a security escort out of the building. Immediately.

It didn't? That's exactly what these type of people were looking for. Sit at home and draw regular wages and benes.

So in other words, paid vacation.

“Paid vacation” is cheaper than firing them like they make $10 flipping burgers and wouldn’t sue your arse for wrongful termination. Now you have time and legal fees tied up bc you don’t know the game.

This is what you do while their case is investigated, evaluated for proper discipline, and if warranted… terminated. Once all the i’s are dotted And t’s crossed you perform the determin d discipline. This is all to make sure theses fuks are terminated once and permanently with no recourse to appeal and return.
