Todd McShay, a draft analyst for Scouts Inc. featured on ESPN.com, graded LaFell as the seventh-best underclassmen receiver.

anyone has the list of the WR's that McShay think would go before Lafell?

Or maybe he is an LSU fan and wants him to stay.

Check that...

I think Todd McShay is a likable guy, but he doesn't know more than the average college football fan. And he's a combine slut--he'll move Brandon up after the combine and after scouts stars really evaluating his film.

Eh not really. He missed Dwayne's Bowe's pick by one spot in '07. Was pretty far off on Craig Davis though, but who truly saw that one coming?

Just because you don't agree doesn't mean he hates Lafell. shite just over a year ago he dropped so many balls it was unbelievable. Lafell's 40 time will determine where he gets picked.

it may have technically been an 'upset' but I will never look at it that way.

Derrick Williams is a senior and possibly the only legit receiver from his class. If LaFell is ranked as the 7th best underclassman receiver, it probably means he is the 8th best overall receiver on McShay's list. Sounds a little harsh, but reasonable.

I can definitely see Harvin, Maclin, Crabtree, and Heyward-Bey being ranked ahead of LaFell. Nicks and Britt might be stretching it, but again, it is definitely possible.

Remember, LaFell was benched last year. Maybe he needs to see more consistency.

Top 10 Receivers (Assuming all these guys come out...fail me if I'm wrong)

1. Michael Crabtree, Texas Tech
2. Jeremy Maclin, Missouri
3. Darius Heyward-Bey, Maryland
4. Kenny Britt, Rutgers
5. Percy Harvin, Florida
6. Hakeem Nicks, North Carolina
7. Juaquin Iglesias, Oklahoma
8. Brandon LaFell, LSU (Right now I'd say mid-to-late 2nd Round...great combine could boost him into the 1st)
9. Louis Murphy, Florida
10. Derrick Williams, Penn State

That's a pretty good list. I'd put Lefell higher, but 3-8 are pretty equal in terms of draft value
