I don't think the pardon applies beyond our borders.
I still think he could be charged in and extradited to another country and held criminally liable for all the people he killed.

If he accepts the pardon, then Congress needs to call him to testify. He can’t plead the 5th. When he incriminates himself then let another country extradite him to face charges……

I agree a state should, but would it best to do it before or after he is brought up front of rand and the Senate?

If he pleads the 5th he should be imprisoned for contempt and/or obstruction.

"I will not rest until the entire truth of the cover up is exposed." And this is what I want to hear. These pricks may have been pardoned, but the American people deserve to know truly WHY they were pardoned by the corrupt regime that was just sent packing. Don't stop exposing the truth just because Biden issued pardons.
