Goff been to a Super Bowl and won multiple playoff games.

Goff has an elite line and 10x better weapons and has been coached by great offensive minds. I think Goff is better but they are in the same tier of qbs to me.

Carr has an uncanny ability to put up meaningless stats that appear good and then choke in a big-league game.

Weapons help, but Goff is still the more accurate QB. He also doesn't get the yips in the red zone like Carr. Remember we had to send Taysom out there a often inside the 20.

Goff is not an elite qb at this point in his career. Neither is Carr, but I would still rank Goff ahead of him.
I think I’d give Goff a B rating and Carr a C.
