Honestly that deserves downvotes. Schools won’t relax admission standards or policies in a way that would facilitate a kid jumping midseason.

What about schools on a quarter system. Might even work w independent study or online courses.

So I guess you can unenroll and enroll in a new school anytime in the summer, which is different to the portal, but this really changes nothing mid season or in January from what I can tell. There are enrollment deadlines that pretty much sync up with the portal timeline on January so I don’t see the issue there.
This seems like something where a common sense agreement could be made, but the NCAA will probably continue to act in bad faith
I don’t see where any eligibility requirements changed so you’d still have to be full time and academically eligible. I don’t think that’s possible with minimester classes
