Howard is better than McCord.
I watched every McCord game at OSU & every Howard game at OSU.
And Howard is 6'3" 240lbs & more mobile than McCord.

Character matters.
I would take McCord or Howard. Both will be good quarterbacks in the NFL, I don’t know which one is better. The only game I saw of McCord this year was against Miami. He played great.
McCord as a junior lost to national champion Michigan. Howard lost to a really bad Michigan team this year, at home.
I expect Howard to roll Notre Dame on Monday.
Both have played with pro level wide receiver talent at Ohio State.

Quite possibly the worst draft class of all time. Add in the fact that the #1 guy is going to try to force a move makes this even more shitty.
