He was a walk on. He on schol. now. This will be his senior season. He'll probably play special teams again and some LB depending on injuries. He's 4/5 on the LB depth chart. I think he'll beat out Theriot and Clemons in the spring and Ryan Baker's still young. He can do the job if he stays healthy.

Actually, this isn't the whole story. He played on scholly at Tulane out of high school. Then after Katrina, he came over to LSU with the 1 yr sit out penalty waved. Came over as a walk on due to the limited schollies available but played his was into one. I talked to him after the Alabama game this year and he said he was doing pretty well and then hurt his foot pretty bad. Good player but better kid.
