I remember watching this show when I was in early middle school. These guys look and have the same persona since 2001. Show has same look. If they aired a 2004 episode and talked only about women's basketball or Tennis, I wouldn't even know it was old.

What are some other TV shows or TV/Movie personnel that look the exact same today as 2000?

Is it still Kornheiser and Wilbon? Pretty amazing if so. I loved that show when it first came out. Used to watch that and Around the Horn every day.

They were great before ESPN went woke this was good stuff. They LEANED IN HARD with the OMB crap and BLM. They both worked at the Washington post so I guess it made sense.

Wilbon blasted ESPN on national TV about a week ago… on their own show PTI. They’re not as woke as the others.

The show’s premiere was postponed due to the tragedies of 9/11. Let that sink in. These guys have been doing this for a good while.

On around the horn which j think was just either canceled or not renewed like a few weeks/months ago.

I haven't watched in several years now.

but I liked that they both seemed to genuinely try to educate themselves on any topic they were discussing.
so even if I didn't agree with their opinion, I could at least respect that they did their homework on the topic and not just talking out of their asses.

I agree. It was educated takes. You could tell that they decided beforehand who was on which side of the debate for each topic. But it wasn't a ton of over the top.

I feel like every talk shows created since this has been trying to recreate this and can't do it. So they go way over the top to get ratings.

Same. Everyday I get out of school, come home and turn on around the horn then PTI came on right after (could be reversed). Then I’d watch Stu Scott on sports center till I went to bed.
