Best speech in a movie

My YouTube algorithm popped up Al Pacino's speech from Any Given Sunday and then I spent some time watching similar videos.

I'm curious to any other 'classic' movie speeches, inspiring, etc.

Not bad, but Mox's speech from Varsity Blues is my pick.

Those of us of a certain age - we witnessed the big event and it means more, but still a great speech even without all that context and history.
