They'll set up camps and be paid handsomely to relocate there to join the rebuilding effort.
And much bigger, nicer, more modern homes will replace those burned to the ground.
There will literally be a shortage of lumber and concrete in this country as everything will be focused upon the SoCal rebuild.

Californias permitting process will take years before those homes even begin to be rebuilt.

We may see the billionaire class swoop in and buy all the property destroyed, especially the stuff that isn't insured / covered where people can't pay to rebuild from scratch.
