Good for him.
I saw ayden Williams entered the portal from ole miss.
Loved him coming out of high school. Would've been a perfect replacement for Shelton Sampson.
I believe they were in the same class. Supposedly in line to start/get more snaps in 2025.

Athlon Sports headline "LSU Suffers Unfortunate Transfer Portal News on Sunday" 
In 5 years including 36 games, 21 tackles of which 5 were solo, 1 sack. This is not disrespecting him. Instead it is to show how utterly ridiculous sports media has become to put a headline like above. Personally, I find it very fortunate that players who for whatever reason never contributed open up spots on the LSU roster.

Lee was going to be reserve with limited snaps next season, same as Kimo if he had stayed. With both of them and Suggs gone, I could see the staff looking for someone with more than one year to play and some development potential. Maybe someone from the G5 looking for a move up and not demanding a huge price tag.

A Paez or a Suggs clone would be about right for LSU needs...that assumes that Guillory comes back 100%. LSU signed 4 HS DT types and got the transfer guy from Texas so the numbers are fine but short on experience and college talent unknown. I think your take is just about spot on.

Agree. Wish Suggs had stayed. Need another like him or Paez at tackle. Guillory is coming back from major injury and the big guy from Texas might be too heavy for a large number of snaps.

Saw that too and laughed so hard.
Reporting in general has been all about grabbing headlines to get clicks now, it's extremely annoying. People werent even expecting Lee back, didnt know he actually even redshirted this past season.
He played 38 snaps all season long, which is 1 less than Guillory who missed the entire season after getting hurt to start the game against Nicholls, which was game 2 on the season

The portal is open for 5 days after your last game for any team. So the window to enter for our players ended at the end of yesterday.
