Will never be able to explain to my kids watching this game on the TVs of 2003

Went to the game with my dad. Was worth the 3 months of credit card debt. Met some great Sooner fans at Pat O’Briens.

I thought I would never see one in my lifetime. A lot of you younger fans don't realize how good things are even today from a historical perspective.

Such a surreal feeling. One of the best days of my life. Turned off the tv and thought to myself, “now, what do we do?”

I was there as a 12 year old with my dad! What an awesome experience and a day that we’ll never forget!
I remember my dad sitting down after Turners 4th down sack and everybody around us thinking he was having a heart attack. He was like “No I’m fine, I just never thought I’d live to see this”!
He wore a hat of his dad who had passed years earlier.
My dad and my uncle met up after the game and shed a few years when they embraced!
I had old men coming up to me saying “Son you’ll never forget this”!
Boy I haven’t!
It was a day I’ll always celebrate!

I was there! I got two tigers in the lottery for season ticket holders. $50 each. I probably still have them.

Was there with my father in law (who was a student at LSU when they won in 58).

My wife surprised me with tickets to this game as a Xmas gift. I was completely blown away when I opened the box of sugar packets and two tickets were at the bottom.

We went to the Academy Sports in Shreveport after the game to buy some National Championship merch and there were about 500 people already there. We did shots in the parking lot with strangers and my brother spent $50 on a sold out cap.

It is 2003 through 2007, and not close
2 National Titles, and 2006 might have been the best team of the three, had Jarmacus showed up against Florida......

I hope you were like 3 years old at the time...if you were an adult, I just saw wow, based on your emotional posting that you do.

I remember sitting in Tiger Stadium against Georgia in 2003 like it was yesterday. I'll never forget the stadium erupting when Mauck hit Skyler Green.

I was having a huge party at my house with my mom Dad and bunch of friends. A freaking hour before the game my danged TV. crapped the bed. I hauled arse to Walmart and bought my first 55” and we had the best time ever. My Pop passed away 4 months ago and nothing will ever be the same. Geaux Tigers and fly high Pop.
