It absolutely was captured in an NSA probably in a could server in Utah. The problem with all this NSA data is capturing it, filtering and then prioritizing what is actionable or not.

It’s of potential national interest depending on whether he can provide evidence for whatever the bomber was saying in his manifesto.
But the story on this guy stinks to high heaven:

-drives Elon/Tesla car bomb to Trump property and is found to have “shot himself” in a vehicle that has self drive capabilities?
Very strange situation, almost designed to invite conspiracy theories.
