Thanks for the link to the video. I’ll add it to the other thread.

I 100% agree. DEI everywhere.

You're welcome. I posted it separately just to marvel at the incompetence of the briefing. It's as if the speakers hadn't consulted previously.
They didn't address the most basic issues and didn't take questions. How would this inform the public? Should the public be concerned about IEDs?

I bet she was pissed off when she got that call waking her up from a drunken stupor while lying next to that Vappie guy.

Weird that the Police Chief would provide a Chamber of Commerce statement ("enjoy the game and all the fun of New Orleans") at the end without any details about why the public should feel secure.

If you live there, you people should run for mayor. You would beat them in a landslide.

No they wouldn’t, it’s a typical liberal shithole run city with liberal voters who give themselves exactly what they deserve…. “Leaders” like that!

Look at who gave the press conference. Did you expect competence?

Who is the 150 year old fossil standing there?

One thing they were clear on was that the attacker was a “man.” How they knew it was a man at this time is not clear….

Don't you feel great? The women are in charge!!

If Joe is currently in St. Croix, or somewhere, who did the Mayor TALK TO when she said she's been in contact with the "White House"? Did she mean specifically someone at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave? If so, who? Or was she talking about the current administration, but not Joe Biden directly?
Because there's zero chance Sleepy Joe is up this early talking about an event that happened overnight.

I would hate to be seen as piling on, and the situation is very tragic, but I have to believe one of the reasons New Orleans was targeted is because it is so poorly run.

All the hate the police chief is getting, she is 1000 times better than the old chief and has increased morale in the dept.
She is highly qualified in dealing with the fed consent decree. Is she the best person for the job? Probably not. Was she the best person interviewed? Yes.
I’d cut her some slack.

In today's world, that statement may set off a tornado of controversy. Man/woman, who decides? Trump can't be inaugurated soon enough!
