Carrying on the family tradition from when I was a kid - make a bunch of snack food and pig out and watch football for 2 days. On the menu - smoked queso, spinach dip, cocktail wieners and meatballs in bbq/grape jelly, boudin dip, mini quiches, bagel bites, various cheeses, meats and crackers.
