Having an argument with our neighbor. What was the “rave” club in Baton Rouge called by the old fun fair park around 99-00?

It was letters. Something like XTC but that’s not it.

Club FX. It was also Fyre for a while and had like a tiki bar in one of the rooms.

That’s what it was originally called after they tore down the previous Chi-Chis.

They had a machine that attached to each bottle and if I remember had to be switched out. It measure the liquor pour and kept over pouring from happening.
This was the death of them, the machine slowed drink output to a crawl and pissed off drinkers with accurate but weak drinks

I remember that. First place that I had ever seen anything like that. I had to pursue other options for getting obliterated.

Not sure about the time period, but it was a teen club at one time and IIRC it was called “2010”.
I believe it was open under a couple of different names and or owners, but that’s the name I remember for sure.

I was just talking about being at that shitty all ages club in the old Chi-Chi’s building in ‘99 and watching Limp Bizkit playing at MTV Spring Break.
That was my moon landing.

Wasn’t 2010 in the mall parking lot and turned into a wedding venue. We are talking about the one across airline hwy where fun fair park used to reside.

2010/The Zoo was in Bon Marche parking lot in this building.

You also had the Cajun Hall/Weekends in that parking lot.

That was the teen club I was thinking of.

Skate City was raunchier than any teen club in the 90’s.

A-F/X. It had a couple names before and after that. Definitely an after hour club. If you wanted trouble, it sure wasn’t hard to find any there. Candy club fwiw
